In Athletic Performance, training programs should be prepared for the deficiencies and needs of athletes by considering static and dynamic posture analysis, strength test, cardiovascular endurance test, agility test and speed tests.

Athletic Performance is applied to young athletes and adult athletes. The aim of athletic performance is to maximize the performance of athletes with specific studies for their branches.

With the Athletic Performance program, it is carried out with specially developed programs for athletes from every branch during the preparation period and competition period. Correct and sport-specific movement mechanics are taken into consideration during the training. The tests performed before the training are evaluated every month and at the beginning of each season and the athlete's development is carefully monitored. In addition, the gradual adaptation to sports and athletic performance of the athlete who will return to sports are carried out safely under the observation of physiotherapists.
